Access Your Secure Portal
As a valued client, you get a secure, password-protected portal to store and access your important financial documents from anywhere at any time. Whether you're at work, home, or on vacation you always have access to your tax returns, financial work papers, or accounting database. The portal also allows us to work together efficiently by securely exchanging working documents, scanned receipts, and very large QuickBooks files.
Secure Portal - Now Canopy
We’re transitioning exclusively to the Canopy Portal to enhance your experience. Starting January 2025, our legacy portals (Secure Firm Portal and NetClient) will no longer be available.
Getting Started with Canopy
- Email Invitation: Look for an email from notifications@innercircle.clientportal.com. Check spam if needed.
- Create Your Account: Click the link, set a password (15+ characters, passphrases encouraged), and log in.
- Mobile App Access: Download the Canopy app for Apple or Google.
Using Canopy
- Respond to document requests directly in the portal.
- Switch between personal and business accounts using the account selector.
Organizer Process Update
Tax organizers and documents will be managed through Canopy. Submit all required materials (organizer, signed service agreement, tax docs) by March 7, 2025, to ensure timely filing.
